Therapy
Whether working with adults, children, teens, or families, our approach in therapy will focus on creating adaptive strategies to deepen one’s sense of meaning and purpose in daily life. We do this by clarifying one’s values and encouraging independent thinking. We will also develop the willingness to seek out answers while communicating assertively in relationships to convey one’s needs and ask for support.
