We are accepting applications for a full-time testing psychologist or postdoc and a full-time therapist. The focus of these positions are to provide services to Chicago’s child, adolescent, and adult neurodiverse community. See below to learn more and apply.

AUTISM & NEURODIVERGENT-SPECIALIZED TESTING PSYCHOLOGIST (OR POSTDOC) POSITION

You will gain specialized knowledge, experience, and skills to provide diagnostic autism evaluations for clients 24-months old through adulthood. You will learn about the distinct evaluation and treatment considerations as related to specific developmental ages, physical conditions, cultures, SES, genders, and the complex intersections therein.

The primary objective of this position is to provide psychological diagnostic evaluations of autism, with a minority amount of evaluations focusing on ADHD, Learning Disorders, Trauma, and other social-emotional issues to children and adults.

This full-time position is percentage-based. Your starting percentage will depend on your qualifications and experience, and you will have the opportunity to grow your percentage and earn an annual bonus based on your performance.

NEURODIVERGENT-SPECIALIZED THERAPIST POSITION

This position is for a psychologist, postdoc, or masters-level therapist. The focus of this position is to provide therapy services to children, teens, and young adults, many of whom are neurodivergent.  

You will gain specialized experience and consultation related to therapeutic considerations and approaches for neurodivergent populations of specific developmental ages, physical conditions, cultures, SES, genders, and complex intersections therein.

The primary objective of this position is to maintain a full-time caseload (at least 20 clients per week) of therapy clients, the majority of whom are neurodivergent. Depending on available client demand and clinician’s experience and interest, clinicians may work primarily within a specific client niche (e.g., autistic teenagers, transgender adults with ADHD, couples with neurodivergent partner), or they may have a more generalized/diverse client caseload.
